The Warm-Up Playbook: safe daily limits that keep accounts alive.

Every banned account is lost audience and lost revenue. This playbook condenses Onimator’s official documentation into one page: exactly how fast to ramp a new account, the daily limits per account age, and the five settings that prevent most bans.

01The first 14 days

New and dormant accounts must earn trust before they act. Consumption first, actions later.

Days 1–7 · Passive only. Run Reels Watching (20–30 reels/day, like chance 0–15%) and Human Behaviour Emulation. No follows, no DMs — the docs require a minimum of 7 days of passive activity before any welcome DM.
Days 7–14 · First light actions. Add the Like Tool at 30–50 likes/day with auto-increment ON — the recommended first active tool on any new account. Story views up to ~200/day.
Day 14+ · Ramp carefully. Introduce Follow and light DM (5–10/day total across all DM modes). Keep auto-increment on and let limits grow with the account.

02Daily limits by account age

Straight from the official tool docs. “New” = under 30 days, “Warmed” = 30–90, “Aged” = 90+.

Hourly hard caps sit on top of daily limits: 25/hour for follows, unfollows, likes, first-time DMs and comments — 100/hour for story views. Replies to existing conversations don’t count against the DM cap.

03The follow/unfollow budget

The single most misunderstood rule in the docs:

If Follow runs at 60/day, Unfollow should run at 60/day — a combined 120 follow-actions/day. Running both “at full speed” (240 combined) is block territory. Instagram’s ceiling is 7,500 accounts followed.

04Human Behaviour Emulation settings

Pure camouflage between real actions — cheap to run, almost impossible to block.

05The five highest-leverage settings

If you change nothing else, change these (Global Settings):

Flight Mode on every account switch — fresh mobile IP per account; the docs call it “the single highest-leverage anti-detection setting”.
Disable all actions on block or ghost-block — stop pushing into a ban.
Enable the per-hour hard limit — the caps from section 02.
Pause instead of disable, 120 minutes — on “Try Again Later”, sleep instead of losing the day.
Webhook notifications to Discord/Slack — know about blocks, sessions and ghost-blocks the moment they happen.

06Never do this

Never set Chance to like = 100% — real people don’t like everything.
Never set flat ranges (Min = Max) — identical timings are a bot signature.
Never send identical hardcoded messages — spam classifiers trigger within 3–5 days. Use spintax {a|b|c} and [AI].
Never run multiple accounts in parallel on one phone — it’s a botnet tell. Split the day per account (Time Manager does this for you).
