TikTok Manager

Last updated June 10, 2026 Ā· 7 min read

🧠 Overview

The TikTok Manager is a container tab inside the Onimator Helper Suite that bundles TikTok-specific helper modules in one place. Same idea as the Threads Manager, but trimmed: TikTok Manager has two sub-tabs.

The two sub-tabs:

  1. Targets Splitter — Paste a username list and distribute it across the selected TikTok accounts.
  2. Follow Tool (aka TikTok Follow Settings Copier) — Bulk-copy a source account’s Follow tool settings onto selected target accounts.

šŸ“Œ It’s OniHelper, but for TikTok. Lighter than Threads Manager because TikTok Manager doesn’t have its own Time Manager / Post Scheduler / Post Monitor sub-tabs, use the suite-wide modules for those.

šŸ’” Strategic Purpose: TikTok accounts need their own targeting distribution and their own Follow-tool tuning. TikTok Manager keeps those two workflows in one specialized tab instead of dropping back to the suite-wide modules every time.

šŸ” TikTok Manager vs.Ā the Standalone OniHelper Modules

TikTok Manager sub-tab Equivalent standalone module Key TikTok-only differences
Targets Splitter Targets Splitter TikTok-targeted; shows current Target Method at the top.
Follow Tool Settings Copier Bundles a tree of Follow tool settings to copy; TikTok’s tree is leaner than Threads’ (fewer Follow Method options).

For scheduling, posting, monitoring, etc., use the suite-wide standalone modules.

āš™ļø Access the TikTok Manager

  1. Open the Onimator Helper Suite.
  2. Click Select Bot Folder in the suite’s header.
  3. Click the TikTok Manager tab in the top tab row.
  4. The TikTok Manager itself has its own Select Bot Folder button (top-right inside the tab). Use it to point at your TikTok bot folder if it’s separate from the one selected in the suite header.
  5. Pick which of the two sub-tabs you want to work in.

šŸ”§ Sub-Tab 1: Targets Splitter

Paste a list of target usernames and distribute them across selected TikTok accounts.

  • Title: ā€œTikTok Targets Splitterā€.
  • Target Method: read-out next to the title (e.g.Ā Follow Account's Followers). Shows what targeting method these usernames will feed.

Loaded Usernames Strip

  • Loaded Usernames: N counter.
  • Clear (button).
  • Append to existing targets (checkbox, top-right) — when ON, distributed usernames are added to existing target lists instead of replacing them.

Action Buttons

  • Paste Usernames — opens an input box for your list (one username per line).
  • Preview Distribution — shows which username goes to which account before committing.
  • Split Targets — commits the distribution: each selected account gets its share of the usernames.
  • Add To All — adds every pasted username to every selected account (instead of splitting).
  • Delete Targets — wipes targets off the selected accounts.

Devices Pane (left)

  • Search Device + Clear + device list with checkboxes.

Accounts Pane (right)

  • Search Account + Clear.
  • Select All / Select None.
  • Account list with checkboxes.

Workflow

  1. Select target devices on the left.
  2. Select target accounts on the right.
  3. Click Paste Usernames → paste your list (one username per line).
  4. Preview Distribution to sanity-check.
  5. Decide on Append to existing targets ON / OFF.
  6. Split Targets (divide one share per account) or Add To All (every username to every account).

šŸ”§ Sub-Tab 2: Follow Tool (TikTok Follow Settings Copier)

Replicates one account’s Follow tool configuration onto many TikTok accounts in one action.

Header Controls

  • Title: ā€œTikTok Follow Settings Copierā€.
  • Select Source Account (button) — opens a picker for the account whose settings you want to copy from.
  • Copy Settings (button) — applies the checked settings to every account selected in the right pane.
  • Select All / Select None (buttons) — bulk-toggle the settings tree.

Settings Tree (left side)

Collapsible groups of checkboxes. Each represents a setting that gets copied from the source account to the targets if you tick it.

ā–¼ Tool Status

  • Start/stop toggle for follow tool — also copies the source account’s master Follow ON/OFF state.

ā–¼ Follow Method

  • Follow account’s followers

ā–¼ Follow Action

  • Follow users per operation (min)
  • Follow users per operation (max)
  • Delay after follow min (seconds)
  • Delay after follow max (seconds)

ā–¼ Follow Limits

  • Follow limit per day

ā–¼ Auto Increment Settings

  • Auto increment follow daily limit
    • Added daily limit (min)
    • Till it reaches (max)

Devices Pane (right side, top)

  • Search field.
  • Select All / Select None.
  • Device list with checkboxes.

Accounts Pane (right side, bottom)

  • Search field.
  • Filter by Tag (dropdown + Clear).
  • Select All / Select None.
  • Account list with checkboxes.

Workflow

  1. Select Source Account.
  2. Tick which Follow settings to copy in the tree.
  3. Select target devices on the right.
  4. Select target accounts within those devices.
  5. Click Copy Settings.

Distribute a Username List Across TikTok Accounts

  1. Targets Splitter sub-tab → select target devices + accounts.
  2. Paste Usernames → paste the list.
  3. Preview Distribution.
  4. Split Targets (divide) or Add To All (replicate).

Replicate Follow Tuning Across a Group of TikTok Accounts

  1. Follow Tool sub-tab → Select Source Account = your reference account.
  2. Tick the Follow settings you want to propagate in the tree (e.g.Ā everything under Follow Action + Follow Limits + Auto Increment Settings).
  3. Select target devices + accounts on the right.
  4. Click Copy Settings.

Onboard a Fresh Batch of TikTok Accounts

  1. Follow Tool sub-tab → copy your ā€œhouseā€ Follow config from a reference account to the new batch.
  2. Targets Splitter sub-tab → paste a curated username list, Split Targets across the new accounts.
  3. Switch out to the suite-wide modules for Time Manager allocation, Post Scheduler, etc.

šŸ” Best Practices

Always Select the TikTok Bot Folder First

TikTok Manager has its own Select Bot Folder button (top-right inside the tab). Use it to point at the TikTok install if it lives somewhere different from the suite header’s selection.

Preview Before Splitting Targets

Preview Distribution is reversible; Split Targets and Delete Targets are not. Always preview first.

Only Tick the Tree Boxes You Mean to Copy

The Follow Tool’s tree is granular. Don’t Select All blindly, if you tick Tool Status → Start/stop toggle for follow tool, you’ll also toggle the master Follow switch on every target account, which may or may not be what you want.

Use Append-to-Existing When Adding, Replace When Resetting

In Targets Splitter, Append to existing targets ON adds the new usernames; OFF replaces. Decide before you click Split / Add To All.

Pair with the Suite-Wide Modules for the Rest of the Workflow

TikTok Manager only covers Targets + Follow Settings. For Time Manager allocation, Post Scheduler runs, Stats Analyzer reports, etc., use the standalone modules (and point each one at the TikTok bot folder).

āš ļø Common Issues

Targets Splitter ā€œLoaded Usernamesā€ Stays at 0

Cause: You haven’t pasted yet, or the paste came in empty. Fix: Click Paste Usernames and confirm the list (one username per line) before splitting.

Copy Settings Did Nothing on Target Accounts

Cause: No tree boxes were ticked, or no accounts were selected on the right. Fix: Confirm at least one Follow-tree checkbox is on AND at least one account is selected, then re-click Copy Settings.

Devices / Accounts Pane Is Empty

Cause: Bot folder isn’t set, or it’s pointed at the wrong (non-TikTok) install. Fix: Click the in-tab Select Bot Folder (top-right) → re-pick the TikTok install.

Settings Copied but Master Follow Switch Didn’t Change

Cause: Tool Status → Start/stop toggle for follow tool wasn’t ticked in the tree. Fix: Tick it and re-copy.

šŸ Conclusion

  • TikTok Manager = OniHelper but for TikTok. Two TikTok-specific sub-tabs in one container.
  • Targets Splitter distributes a username list across TikTok accounts (split or replicate).
  • Follow Tool clones the Follow-tool config from a source account to many.
  • Leaner than Threads Manager — no Time Manager / Post Scheduler / Post Monitor sub-tabs; use the suite-wide modules for those.

šŸ’” Implementation Tip: Use TikTok Manager for the first-touch setup steps when you onboard a new TikTok batch, copy your reference account’s Follow settings to the new accounts (Follow Tool), then paste your audience list and split it across them (Targets Splitter). Once those two are done, switch to the suite-wide modules for scheduling and monitoring.
