Accept Tool

🧠 Overview

The Accept Tool automates the approval of pending follow requests on private Instagram accounts. It opens the pending-requests screen on a schedule, accepts new requests in batches, and can optionally send a personalized welcome DM to every newly-approved follower.

Built for private accounts (creators, coaches, agencies, anyone who approves followers manually) that want to stay responsive without checking the app every hour.

⚙️ Access the Accept Tool

1. Add your account in Onimator.
2. Click the SETTINGS button beside your account.
3. Navigate to the Accept tab.  ⚠️ This tool only works on private Instagram accounts. Public accounts have no pending requests to approve.

🔧 Accept Tool Configuration

Follow-Request Accept (Master Toggle)

• Enable Accept Follow Requests — Master toggle for the whole tool. When on, the bot opens the pending-requests screen and accepts requests on a schedule so your private account stays responsive.
• Status badge at top: ACCEPT FOLLOW REQUEST OFF / ACCEPT FOLLOW REQUEST ON reflects current state.

Accept Action Settings

Controls batch size, delay, and daily limit for the actual approval activity.

• Requests per batch (Min / Max) — How many follow requests to accept per burst. The bot picks a random number in this range each session. Recommended: 5–10.
• Delay between accepts (Min seconds / Max seconds) — Seconds to wait after each accept. Keep Min and Max different for natural variation. Default: 2–3.
• Accept limit per day — Total approvals before the tool stops for the day. Default: 20. Safe range: 15–25.

Welcome DM to New Followers

Automatically DM each newly-accepted follower a welcome message. Great for onboarding.

• Enable welcome DMs — Right after accepting, the bot opens a DM and sends the welcome message below.
• Compose Welcome Message — Edit the text sent to each new follower. Supports both Spintax and the [AI] placeholder.
• Messages per batch (Min / Max) — How many welcome DMs to send per burst. Recommended: 5–10.
• Delay between messages (Min seconds / Max seconds) — Seconds to wait after each DM. Keep generous because DM is the highest-risk action on Instagram. Default: 2–3.
• Welcome DM limit per day — Cap to avoid triggering DM blocks. Typical safe range: 5–20.

🔐 Safety & Best Practices

The Two Halves Are Not Equal

• Accept side — Low-risk. Instagram does not care how fast you approve people. Default 20/day is fine, even 50/day is usually fine on aged accounts.
• Welcome DM side — High-risk. Outbound DM volume is one of the most heavily monitored signals on Instagram. The default 20/day is the ceiling, not the comfortable middle.

DM Safety Caps by Account Tier

Coordinate with the DM Tool

If the DM Tool is also running, total daily outbound DMs across both tools is what Instagram counts. Treat them as a shared budget. Subtract DM Tool sends from your welcome-DM cap.

Warm-Up Required Before Enabling Welcome DMs

Run the Reels Tool and HBE Tool for at least 7 days before turning on welcome DMs on any new account. Cold-account DM sending is the fastest path to a block.

Spintax Is Non-Negotiable

Identical hardcoded messages sent to dozens of followers per day will trigger spam classifiers within 3–5 days. Always rotate phrasings via spintax.

💡 Implementation Tip: Start with welcome DMs OFF for week 1 (let the Accept side run alone). Turn welcome DMs ON in week 2 with the cap at 5/day. Scale to 15–20/day over the following 2–3 weeks if no blocks appear.
